The pop-up works but the Submit button is not working. How do I fix this? I integrated it with Mailchimp. Let’s see how we can help. * What happened when integrating the forms? IE did you get a green check-mark next to your API key, and were you able to select a list? If not I’d suggest trying a fresh API key (you can change it within MailChimp) * Make sure a list is selected or the form won’t work. If that is not the issue, we’d like to look into this more. * First please let us know the exact behavior of the form when attempting to submit. IE nothing happens, or any error messages. * Also, if you don’t mind, could you link to page that has this form for us. I did get a green check- mark plus I chose a list. * I have since tried everything possible, and now it doesn’t even pop up on my site. I do see the plug-in on the back end of my posts/pages but as far as popping up on my Home page, it doesn’t even pop up now. I have also tried different browsers and still nothing. * When I first created it, it did show up on the Home page but when I pressed the Submit button, nothing happens — and there wasn’t any message. * So now I have another problem: not only does the Submit button not work, the pop-up is not showing up on my site. Did you? * Also we think this might be happening because of a conflict in between Optin cat and your currently active theme or other active plugins. We need to isolate and find out what is causing the conflict in order to solve it. * To search for conflicts, please follow these steps. * 1. First please deactivate all plugins except Optin Cat and see if the issue persists. 2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to see if the issue returns. 3. Just wondering why you thought otherwise e.g. not rcognizable? However I would like to be able to link the popup to a new Welcome email form.
