Hiding the form behind some form of toggle container should have no effect on the submit button appearing.
Do you have a link to the page? Does the HTML get generated on the page?

Thanks for sharing the link. It doesn’t look the submit button is being rendered on the page for some reason. I don’t believe it’s related to it being inside of an expansion section.
I would recommend downloading the latest beta release. It seems that the new version has fixed a ton of bugs in the current release.

Scroll down a bit and click the link to download the latest stable release. Uninstall the current version and manually upload the new version. After re-setting things up, you shouldn’t have any issues.

Much Better, seems fine now.
Just a little thing I spotted, since installing this plug-in, Visual-Composer needs to be refreshed for it to load correctly after updating a page. It was fine previously. Not a big deal, but thought you would like to know.

Thanks for catching that. I will keep that in mind before we roll things out to the repository. We need to build in some form of integration with Visual Composer, which may actually resolve the issue.
I will do testing as we move forward.
