# Submit Button not working

 * Submit button is not working. After all the information is entered, when submit
   button is pressed, it does not take them to the next page, the form deletes all
   the information and stays on that page. All information is entered correctly,
   yet no one is able to register.

 * The submit button becomes live only after a reg type item is selected in the 
   pull down … sounds like your hitting the reset button.
