Submit button not working

Hello,

I have been attempting to test donations in test mode with our site before we launch and every time I click submit, nothing happens. No error message displays or anything. I submitted a support ticket and they mentioned the WP Engine is block admin-ajax, although WP Engine has confirmed that is not the case. We have even added a caching exclusion from the donate page in hopes to eliminate a caching issue.

Yet, nothing works. Any ideas for the page??
