 * I used the MC Plugin to create a subscription form and connected my MailChimp
   API Key. The form is not allowing the submit button to work and I tried to re-
   install and create a new form, still no luck. Any tips?

 * Please note that the form does not seem to be created using our plugin “MC4WP”.
   Did you use our plugin to create the form and place it using our shortcode?
