# submit doesn’t work

 * hi, i’m trying to implement a contact form in the footer of my website; and i’ts
   ok it’s working but when i press the button of submit it takes me to a page that
   it shouln’t; this page is the result of the previous loop in my template.

 * Simply adding markup to a template file won’t make a contact form work. You also
   need all of the form handling scripts. And those scripts need to integrate with
   WordPress. I’d suggest looking at a plugin like [Contact Form 7](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/contact-form-7/)

 * Hi, the contact form does work, the problem is the submit button; it takes me
   to the page of the last loop and it should take me anywhere.
