# Submit Failed

 * Hi there,
 * I have installed the plugin, but after hitting submit, I get a “Submit Failed”
   error and no email is sent. I have tried this with and without RECAPTCHA enabled.
 * Please can you tell me why this is?

 * Make sure that everything is filled out properly and check if you can recieve
   admin mails (the plugin uses the same function)?

 * Hi,
    the plugin uses the same function as WP to send mails. Please make sure 
   that the system recieves admin mails (e.g. the one you get after creating a new
   user). Then make sure (till the next update) that recaptcha is switched of //
   there is a workaround but for testings might be ok // Is that does not help use
   a bwoser inspector and the console for further debugging. If the problem continues
   you can contact us via our company page for further debugging.
