Submit form not working

    Once we added a second page with a form, both forms intermittently (more often than not) don’t work at all. When you click the submit button, it just clears the fields. We implemented this past weekend and have had nearly no form submissions since then. We have two WP nodes. When the form fields clear it also does not send a notification email, and when we enabled local storage to see if the data is collected, it is not.

    I have also been trying to get help from WPForms directly. Unfortunately this is unresolved (yes, I have gone through the troubleshooting guide). We just switched one of our forms to Ninja Forms and it is working flawlessly. Let me know if you are able to figure out the issue and we may switch back.

    I’m sorry to hear that the troubleshooting steps did not work for you. In this case, if you’re willing, you can set up debugging on your site, which can help log any errors.
