Submitting the form does not succeed

I have fourty of CF7 plugin installed, and I feel so much grateful for your work, and honored to speak with you.

There is one that fails !
It is embedded in a fusion-builder container :
“an error has occured. Please try again later”

The destination email is in the domain ([email protected])

For this first time, I cant find what is the tricky setting I miss …

Can you help me please ?
