 * Hi,
 * I’ve noticed over the last few days that our Woocommerce plugin has been creating
   multiple subscription renewals outside of the time when these renewals are supposed
   to be generated.
 * For example, if a customer had a monthly subscription that was due to be taken
   on the 15th of the month, then it has taken that one plus 2-3 others which it
   has generated in the last few days even though the subscription is set up as
   monthly only and should therefore only be taking a single payment and not several.
 * Does anyone had any idea why the plugin is acting in this way? Also, a lot of
   people use Go Cardless for their payments. Is it possible to refund these payments
   via Woocommerce as it doesn’t seem to be letting me even though I’ve had no issues
   with refund ones which have gone through Stripe.
 * Thanks!

 * Hi [@secretworld](https://wordpress.org/support/users/secretworld/) – If you’re
   using WooCommerce Subscriptions, I’d recommend the following:
 * First, be sure that both Subscriptions, WooCommerce core, and your payment gateway
   plugins are up to date. Current version of Subscriptions is v. 3.0.4.
 * If you’re still seeing the issue after updating Subscriptions to the current
   version, please get in touch with us at WooCommerce.com directly for support
   via the account that holds your active Subscriptions license.
 * Subscription renewal order functionality is handled by the Subscriptions plugin
   rather than by WooCommerce core, so core support won’t be able to assist with
   this.

 * Similar to Subscriptions, I’d recommend confirming that you’re running the current
   version of your GoCardless payment gateway plugin.
 * If you are using the [WooCommerce GoCardless](https://woocommerce.com/products/gocardless/)
   plugin and are still seeing the issue once you’ve updated to the current version,
   I’d recommend reaching out to paid support directly at WooCommerce.com.
 * If you’re not using WooCommerce Subscriptions and GoCardless, could you let us
   know what plugins you’re using for this functionality on your site?

 * We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved–
   if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
