Hello, I would check, but there is no subscribe button on your website..
Sorry it is up now
But still doesn’t work
The subscribe action seems to be blocked by your server configuration, we had similar case this month and it was resolved by hosting company with Nginx configuration.
Is it possible to contact them?
This is the error message:
Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'http://dreamhomexpress.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php' from origin 'http://www.dreamhomexpress.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. They should know what to do 🙂
Alex
Thank you
Hi,
This is Paul from Spain. I have a similar problem. My url is cocoegalletas.es
I have contacted my hosting provider but they say that the problem comes from your plugin. It sounds really weird to me!
Could you check it, please? It would be really helpful if you could copy and paste the error in here, so I could show it to them. They seem to be trying to pass the buck..
Thanks,
PaulHi Paul, I am about to release a new version of plugin, which should resolve this issue 🙂 Hold tight!
Alex
Hi Alex,
I was going to launch today. Everything is scheduled.
The pluggin isn t working? What can I do to make it work?
Thanks,
PaulHi Paul, it is working, but if the server is not correctly configured to use https protocol, there is issue with AJAX request.
I have just released version 3.4 update, please update CMP plugin, to check whether it resolves the issue.
thanks Alex
Hi Alex,
It works!! Best support ever!! Thanks Alex!
I am using it with the mailchimp API. There is a new problem since the update. When I submit an email that is already in the mailchimp’s suscriber list, the message of “the email address has already been on our suscriber list” doesn’t appear. The message that appears when you enter an email that is already in the suscriber list is “thank you, your signup request was successful!”.
It is like if it doesn’t recognize that the email is already in the suscriber list.
Thanks again for your quick support!
PaulHi Paul, finally, cool!
About Mailchimp API, yes it is correct behaviour because MailChimp always rewrite the email, even if it already exists. Nothing we can do about it!
Cheers, Alex
Ok, thanks a lot Alex!
Cheers
