 * I want to find a subscribe plugin that the users can choose if they want an email
   subscibe or post by mail subscibe. if they choose post by mail subscibe, they
   need to fill in phone number and address. I have try many subsribe plugin but
   they can’t give me what I want. Or any other alternative method would be fine
   for me…. Here is one of the example. [http://www.hksinfonietta.org/](http://www.hksinfonietta.org/)
   the subscriber fill in the email and then click go, will have a pop up window
   to fill in extra information.
