 * Hello,
 * I have installed the plugin ( subscribe2 2.2.2 ) and created a wordpress page
   and put tag <!–subscribe2–> inside the page.
 * However, i am not seeing any subscribe form where visitors can subscribe to my
   blog (so that it will send them notification emails every time i have new posts).
 * Can somebody please help me? thank you very much.

 * I installed this plugin and everything seems to be working except when I click
   on the subscribe link I get this:
