* I am trying to purchase your Subscribe2 HTML plugin however I do NOT want to
purchase the update recurring package. Please advise.
* This plugin is for a client and they are not interested in being billed monthly.

* You can cancel the recurring support and upgrades any time in the first 14 days.
Make sure you leave your client a backup or rename the plugin folder though because
if they upgrade via the WordPress menu system they’ll get the free version back
again.

* The payments processing for Subscribe2 HTML is handled by a company on my behalf
so I cannot tell you why the payment failed.

* I did, here’s what they said:
* Hello Jim,
* Greetings and thanks for your email.
* Its only the next scheduled subscription payments which has been cancelled due
to some changes in the system.
* We will be sending you an email with more information within a week or so.
* You still have access to any purchases you’ve made.
* Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

* I was advised over the weekend that WPPlugins.com are working on this issue and
are re-factoring the regular payments. Hopefully they will have another update
soon.
