 * Hi,
   I set my post as “open to everyone”; however, as readers clicked “I’m already
   a subscriber”, it does nothing (no redirect, no popup)
 * I’ve checked I can see subscribers in my admin but can’t authenticate on the
   front-end. Also cleared my site’s cache many times.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fsubscriber-authentication-flow%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Hi [@liza226sas](https://wordpress.org/support/users/liza226sas/),
 * Thanks for reaching out!
 * The **“Already subscribed?”** link [shown on your page here](https://thisisliza.com/how-to-choose-a-spiritual-teacher-class-or-tool/)
   is designed to direct users to their WordPress.com account, where they can log
   in and verify their subscription. On my test site, this behavior is working as
   expected — clicking the link prompts the WordPress.com login flow.
 * However, I checked the page you linked, and I’m seeing that the redirect doesn’t
   trigger there. One or more third-party plugins on your site may be interfering
   with this flow. In particular, plugins related to content protection, security,
   or JavaScript optimization (like WP Content Copy Protection or WP Rocket) could
   be affecting the login action.
 * Could you try temporarily deactivating those plugins (either on your live site
   or a staging copy), then test the subscriber login flow again? That will help
   narrow down whether one of them is blocking or overriding the necessary behavior.
 * Let us know what you find!
 * Best,

 * Hi there, [@liza226sas](https://wordpress.org/support/users/liza226sas/),
 * Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive
   threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set
   before marking it as solved. Thanks!
