    Guys – are automatically emailing to our subscribers when a new blog post is published has stopped working.

    Can’t seem to find what the issue is.

    If I go into my Post stats, see how many emails were sent for a post or how many opened etc – the stats just hang.
    Wondering what could be wrong. This is the page that hangs – in fact no stats seem to be working and emails aren’t be sent out:

    Hi @garydee1977, the site doesn’t currently show connected to Jetpack. Could you try reconnecting it, then check https://wordpress.com/stats/email/opens/day/8906/127252719 will load.

    Hi @eri32s98 the site was connected. However something isn’t right.

    So I went ahead and tried reconnection once again – see the screenshots I get – it SAYS it connects. But when I go back to dashboard – the Connected as is empty and no stats show and emails do not send.

    Hi Gareth ,

    Thanks for your patience as we work our way through the support forum.

    So I went ahead and tried reconnection once again – see the screenshots I get – it SAYS it connects. But when I go back to dashboard – the Connected as is empty and no stats show and emails do not send.

    Jetpack is still showing as disconnected on our end, so I’m not sure why it’s showing as connected for you. I’m going to check in with our developers about that one.

    Hi Gareth,

    As we looked into this more, we found that the versions of WordPress and Jetpack you’re using are not up-to-date. We support the 2 most recent versions of both, so as a first step please make sure you have your site backed up and then update WordPress and Jetpack.

    After that you can try reconnecting Jetpack and let us know. We can check the connection from our side.
