# Subscriber import errors

 * Jetpack used to be good but recently I’m having endless problems importing subscribers.
   I keep getting an email saying there’s a “snag” in the process. There isn’t a
   snag, there’s a huge bug. The support people always unblock it on the back end
   when asked, but it’s tedious to keep going through the same process. This is 
   clearly a known error that is taking far too long to fix. I have a paid subscription
   and expect it to work better than this

 * Where are your subscribers coming from? Are they from an old site? Or are they
   ones you are adding manually through a CSV file?
