    Hi

Since upgrading to the latest WordPress release, I have noticed a pronounced drop in interaction, I normally get 400-500 opens on the email notifying subscribers that I have posted. This has dropped to 1-8 !!

I am obviously concerned that something has been upset in the config, but am not capable of seeing what it is!

Would someone be able to take a look on my JetPack/Site set up, to check that all is OK ?

I am using Safari on Sequoia 15.2

    Thanks

    Jo

Update: we have asked a few subscribers and they have received no notifications that the post has gone live. We have not changed any settings so do not know what is going on. Anyone any ideas ?

    Thanks

    Hi there, @jowoolf43,

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble, but thanks for reaching out.

I checked some of your subscribers’ email deliverability, and all the ones I checked seem to have received the latest post email notification (dated as yesterday Jan 5th).

There might be something off, however, since you reported some of your subscribers not receiving the same notification. In order to inevstigate further, we’d need to check the email addresses of these subscribers, and that’s data you can’t share on a public forum.

Could you contact us via this contact form and mention this thread and the email addresses that didn’t get the post notification email?

Look forward to your reply, and thanks in advance for your cooperation in sorting that out with us!
