 * Why can I not access all my subscribers? when I click show all it sends me to
   wordpress.com which is a dead-end. There is nowhere to click so I can download
   these existing subscribers. This happens on all my 6 sites.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fsubscribers-35%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Hi [@stormgrayson](https://wordpress.org/support/users/stormgrayson/),
 * Accessing your list of subscribers and downloading them should be doable through
   your WordPress.com account associated with your Jetpack-connected sites (the
   account you used to connect Jetpack).
 * If the issue persists, could you try clearing your browser cache or using a different
   browser? That will ensure you are logged into the correct account.
 * Let us know what you get.

 * Hi [@muffinpeace](https://wordpress.org/support/users/muffinpeace/), any advice
   on trying to get the add subscriber to work? It will not take a CSV file or individual
   entries. I only get an email stating that “We ran into a problem importing your
   subscribers”.

 * Hello [@stormgrayson](https://wordpress.org/support/users/stormgrayson/),
 * I’m having a look at your import logs and some of your latest imports were already
   subscribed to your site. Can you please check if these latest addresses are already
   part of your subscriber base?
 * You can check this from Jetpack → Subscribers.
 * Look forward to your updates.
