WordPress user roles are not related to Membership2 membership levels, you can assign any level to any user role so I’m not sure I completely understand the issue you’re dealing with.
Is the user role changing once your users pay for access to membership level? If yes which user role are they being assigned to?
Also are you using any plugins that is altering user role capabilities that could affect this?

Users who have paid can connect to our site but they can not read the whole article ..
We have perhaps turned all add-ons .
We have enabled:
– Avanced menu
– Category Protection
– Individual post
– Media protection
– Members capabilities
– Multiple memberships
– Protects special pages
– Taxamo
– Trial period

Can you please check after payment is confirmed are they getting correct membership level assigned to them in Membership 2 -> Members.
Also if correct level is being assigned can you please check protection rules that are assigned to that level and specifically protection rules added for posts?

By your screenshot of the admin area it appears that you don’t have any posts on your site, since if you had any they should be displayed below like this http://screencast.com/t/3mGg5SAnw.
Are these by any chance posts from a custom post type?

We just have one last problem .
When subscribers click on Editions (capture 1 : http://www.cjoint.com/c/EGkk4G3Q6Up) , they can not read the articles (just the abstract) while they are connected. But if they choose Catégories (capture 2 : http://www.cjoint.com/c/EGkk47mOuap ) they can read all
