# Subscribers creating posts

 * I logged in today and noticed a dozen pending posts. All of them are seo spam
   in another language but the strange part is that a regular subscriber posted 
   them.
 * I don’t have any plugins that manage user roles but Buddypress was installed 
   and removed a while ago.
 * I also registered a new account to see if I could create a new post using that
   account and everything seems normal, I get an error saying I don’t have permission
   to post anything (as expected)
 * Any idea how they managed to do this?
