• Hi there,
    Love your plugin, as it does (or will do) exactly what I need for my site.
    BUT, I uploaded two test users to my sandbox site and although I did it twice and checked the “subscriber” and NOT the “administrator” check box each time, they showed up as admin as soon as they were uploaded. Any ideas why?

    Here’s the csv I used.

    Username Email Password Cohort
    test01 XXXX(myemail) XXX 2018
    test02 XXXX(myemail) XXX 2019

    Many thanks for the help.

    PS – I also had the no header problem for this plugin, but I downloaded the file from your site and manually uploaded and then the plugin worked ok.

    What strange. It should be created as subscriber.

    Have you got any other plugin than can be interacting with it?

    When I did the upload, I had only 3 active, Akismet, Wordprezi (for embedding Prezis) and CSV upload. Any ideas what the problem could be?

    This is really strange.

    No ideas.

    Could you show us the two first row of the CSV file?

    Hi Javier, thanks for replying so quickly. I put the full CSV info in the first post. It was:

    Username Email Password Cohort
    test01 XXXX(myemail) XXX 2018
    test02 XXXX(myemail) XXX 2019

    I changes the details to xxx but one reason could have been that I used my own email the first time, which was already registered as admin… however I thought the new username would be ok. Anyway, when I tried it again, I still had the same problem, although this time using a different (and not previously registered) email.

    Just tried it again now. All other plugins de-activated. I changed the user names to student01 but still they ended up in admin roles… most strange!
