    Hi

    I0’m using this plugin for GA4 of woocommerce and works good but any idea how can I track the subscriptions, I mean the user makes a purchase but next month automatically renews the purchase and that is not tracked

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    This is not something you can achieve with the web version of GTM.
    The purchase is usually happening on the backend, it does not load any content into the browser of the user therefore it can not reach GTM.

    What could be done is if you have a server side GTM container then perhaps send the renewal data to this server side container and let GA4 to track the transaction here but this needs more preparation and can not be done using the current version of GTM4WP.
