# Subscription administration section

 * The button that says “manage subscription” is not working, and therefore a subscription
   list for the subscriber is not chosen.

 * What do you mean by “It is not working”?
    Is there an error displayed? A JS one
   maybe in your browser console?
 * Could you please share a screencast so we can see what’s going on?

 * it does not give any error text. just clicking the button doesn’t work.
 * The window to select a subscription list will no longer open.

 * That’s strange. Unfortunately we don’t manage to reproduce the issue.
    Maybe 
   you can contact us using our contact form on our website? We will have a closer
   look at it and then update this thread with some additional information once 
   the issue is solved.

 * Unfortunately we’re not able to reproduce the issue with the button. It is perfectly
   working on our test websites.
 * I think the best solution is definitely to contact us using our contact form 
   so we can have a closer look.
 * As regards the fist screenshot, if you don’t see the blue circles then that’s
   because those users are not subscribed to this specific list 🙂

 * When clicking on the “Manage Subscription” button is the problem.
    because that
   button doesn’t work.

 * Yes we understand this. And we think it’s due to an incompatibility with another
   plugin or a Javascript issue.
 * We tried to reproduce the problem on our sites but we couldn’t make it.
    So that’s
   why we would need you to contact us directly so we can have a look at your website
   and see what’s going on 🙂
 * We really would like to help but I can’t find the problem from a screenshot. 
   I need to access your website to find the issue.
