# Subscription button not functioning

 * Hello,
 * I have not been able to get the subscription button to function. I have confirmed
   that I have a paypal business account and have successfully created a subscription
   plan in paypal in case the paypal code was needed in creating the subscription
   bottom through simple membership. I am getting the message “things don’t appear
   to be working. Try again later message,” when I click either the pay with PayPal
   or with debit card buttons.

 * No I am not. I did not see any mention of sandbox testing in the explanatory 
   materials. Is there something with sandbox texting I should be doing?

 * Hi, I just did a test from the following link.
 * `http://opergermany.com/subscription-test-page/`
 * And after I click on the subscription button it takes me to the link below.
 * `https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr`
 * That tells me that your PayPal settings are redirected to your sandbox account.

 * Thank you!, I turned off sandbox mode and that resolved the issue.
