# Subscription ERROR

 * There are problems with the subscriptions, the Error log shows these messages(
   it worked perfectly well before):
 * > ERROR: Form 729 > MailChimp API error: 400 Bad Request. Member In Compliance
   > State. bala**@7d*****.net is already a list member in compliance state due 
   > to unsubscribe, bounce, or compliance review.

 * I apologize for the delay in replying.
 * MailChimp.com does not allow adding subscribers using 3rd party forms (API) who
   were previously deleted or unsubscribed to avoid spam. The only way to add these
   users would be to do it manually from your MailChimp.com account.
