# Subscription form error

 * When I try to sign up using the subscription form created in Sendinblue I am 
   getting the error message “Your subscription could not be saved. Please try again”.
 * What could be the cause of this error please?

 * Thanks for reaching out.
 * Please may you confirm you have either posted this to your site using the shortcode
   or created this is Sendinblue and shared to WP via iframe?
 * We often see this error when the form has been incorrectly posted.
 * To eliminate conflict with other plugins/themes we would recommend the iframe
   method.
 * Please let me know how you get on.
