Hi, When I log into wordpress I am getting the following error message.

NextGEN Gallery 2.1.23 is incompatible with this version of NextGEN Pro. Please update NextGEN Pro to version 2.0.5 or higher to restore NextGEN Pro functionality.

When I try to update it says my email address [email protected] is not recognised and is trying to charge me again. Are you able to please let me know what the problem is? Thanks. Laura Smith
