# Subscription issue

 * Hi, When I log into wordpress I am getting the following error message.
 * NextGEN Gallery 2.1.23 is incompatible with this version of NextGEN Pro. Please
   update NextGEN Pro to version 2.0.5 or higher to restore NextGEN Pro functionality.
 * When I try to update it says my email address [admin@humbledigs.com.au](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/subscription-issue-1/admin@humbledigs.com.au?output_format=md)
   is not recognised and is trying to charge me again. Are you able to please let
   me know what the problem is? Thanks. Laura Smith
