 * when user paid for a subscription, it’s work well but the user doesn’t listed
   to any subscription plan and the payment status is pending.
 * I am using single payment gateway.

 * I hope you’re well today! 🙂
 * Could I ask if you have a free subscription on your site? If so, when users signup
   for that free subscription, does that work just fine and they get the subscription
   added to them?
 * Just to check also, are you using a Live or Sandbox account for testing the Single
   Payment gateway?
 * Since the credentials for each mode (live/sandbox) are different, could you please
   verify you’re using the correct credentials for the mode you’re using?
