# Subscription payment problem

 * Hello,
 * I would like to use the new subscription function. But now when I click on checkout
   I get an error message that the payment is not possible:
 * Payment not possible
    Please contact the dealer directly. This payment cannot
   be made (recipient, amount or currency are invalid).
 * Are there any restrictions or other conditions that must be met? I have only 
   activated the two payment gateways in the WordPress settings which are compatible
   with the subscription.

    we had the same issue. You need to contact the support to enable recurring
   payments for your account. They call it 1-Tap.
