Subscriptions not importing

I have run an import with all the correct columns and naming conventions for adding subscriptions to the users I imported. I see the new columns underneath the subscriptions area in Woo but no new users or orders show up after import.

I am not sure that there will be active subscriptions if there are no orders or users listed, but only ones underneath the subscription area. I tested purchasing a subscription and each time there was a new user and a new order along with the subscription.
