# Subscriptions Not Working

 * Since the upgrade, when folks sign up for my blog by email, they get a message
   on my website saying an email has been sent, but it never gets delivered. I contacted
   Bluehost and the analyst tells me that something is blocking the emails from 
   being delivered (and no, they don’t go into spam and yes, this affects many providers)
 * This is troubling for me because I have a book launch coming out and I’m trying
   to get subscribers. They aren’t going to tell me if it doesn’t work (thankfully
   one person did)
 * I did all of the Jetpack troubleshooting/debug tips. The Like and Comment features
   are working, just not the email to click for confirmation. I hope you can help
   me because Jetpack is closed until the 24th and I don’t know where else to turn.
