 * Hi,
 * I’m looking for a Form Builder plugin that generates a report of the received
   subscriptions.
 * So, the plugin I need not only provides good options for building a form to collect
   subscribers on the website, but the main thing we need is that this form provides
   a list in the form of a report of those subscriptions.
 * Any recommendations would be highly appreciated.

 * contact form 7 doesn’t store any information about the mails that are sent.
 * But there is another plugin by the same author of cf7 that works in “combo” with
   cf7 that was designed for this purpose, [flamingo](https://wordpress.org/plugins/flamingo/)
   and with that you can also export a CSV file.
