Subscriptions with Venmo

    I didn’t add a link since this is a general question I couldn’t find an answer to in the support forums. I noticed recently that Venmo allows subscriptions. I currently have the Venmo option turned off because I am using WooCommerce Subscriptions and was concerned Venmo wouldn’t support it. Does it? Also, if they choose the pay with Credit Card option, I’m assuming they’ll have to set up a PayPal account (if they don’t have one) to do subscriptions. Is that assumption accurate?

    Thank you for contacting Payment Plugins. The Venmo payment method does support WooCommerce Subscriptions.

    Are you referring to the Credit Card button that’s part of the PayPal gateway or the Credit Card Gateway? A PayPal account is not needed when a customer uses the Credit Card Gateway.
