# Sudden php error when accessing website

 * A few days ago I went to my website, joonparkmusic.com, to find this php error
   message:
 * PHP Error Message
 * Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument
   is expected to be a valid callback, ‘wp_validate_logged_in_cookie’ was given 
   in /home/a1114245/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 192
 * Free Web Hosting
 * PHP Error Message
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function setup_userdata() in /home/a1114245/public_html/
   wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 34
 * Free Web Hosting
 * I currently have a simple index.html to let visitors know that the site is down,
   but the contents of index.php before I put that one up looked like this:
 * <?php $upgrading = 1416509660; ?>
 * I have absolutely no idea what could have caused this since as far as I know,
   that error message just appeared one day. I also have no idea how to interpret
   the message so I came to this forum for help.
 * Note: I don’t actually know for sure if 3.9.2 is the wordpress version I have.
   With my website inaccessible I wasn’t sure how to check, so made my best guess.

 * You can open the readme.html file to see what version you’re running, but that
   sounds like a hack to me.
 * I would delete all the WP core files and upload clean versions.
