Suddenly alerts gone

Question: first your plugin scan at the website http://www.btwterugopzonnepanelen.nl gave me a bunch of alerts about infected files. But now -and we didnt do anything- it gives no errors about infected files. So i don’t know if it has to be cleaned anymore… could you check this
