# Suddenly Getting “Things don’t seem…” Errors

 * Been using QPP for years with zero issues (thx for a fabulous plugin)…
 * Yesterday one user received:
 * Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.
 * Both the merchant and myself have tried to make the payment on PC, MAC, Chrome,
   IE and it does not work.
 * But when I use the same form to send a small payment to the merchant it always
   works (Paypal balance, guest credit card, etc.)
 * Running latest version of QPP…
 * Any ideas???
