# Quotation marks wrong displayed

 * Hallo!
 * Suddenly leading quotation marks turn into -)
 * e. g. “test” turns into -)test”
 * AND all zeros are disappeared
 * e. g. “170” turns into “17”
 * Some help would be great.

 * Obviously the plugin CUSTOM SMILIES is the cause of the trouble. It doesn’t work
   with latest WP upgrade.
