# Suggestion – batch categorization

 * I like your plugin. It has a lot of potential. There is one improvement I would
   suggest. I currently have 400 media files. I wish to categorize them using your
   plugin. The thing is that to do that I have to enter into each file and categorize
   it. This is too time consuming. I suggest to allow batch categorizing of media
   files. This would make your plugin more usable for sites that already have many
   media files. Such batch categorization is already built into wordpress regarding
   posts.

 * Thank you for your suggestion. Batch categorization would be a good improvement,
   but a lot of work must be done since it is not yet possible to add custom actions
   to the batch selector in WP_Media_List_Table.
 * WordPress 3.5 (will be released in December 5th) will hoppely change that behaviour,
   and then it would be possible to integrate that action in my plugin. Actually,
   I am working on it now. 😉
 * You’d better wait this month and then, in december, after updating your WordPress
   to version 3.5 you’ll update to the last version of the plugin and then be able
   to use the new functionality of batch categorization.

 * I have a similar problem like yoramzara and would like to batch categorize or
   even right after upload, before saving the post.
 * I am working with WordPress 3.5 and installed the plugin today, but there is 
   no such functionality of batch categorization.
