Suggestion: Remove Google+ option from forms

    In the ProfileGrid admin area, If I chose Forms -> New Field, many options come up including Google+ Profile page. Google+ has been discontinued since 2019, and no longer works. I suggest removing this option from the field types.

    A second, minor suggestion, also in Forms. The settings for New Field -> Profile Name say it does not apply to fields including Heading, paragraph, Divider, and Spacing. Given this, it would be simpler to just load a more basic form that hides unused / irrelevant fields.
