— This is a little tough because it is not really possible to keep track of what rows in wp_options belongs to plugin. Tables is easy to detect since WP comes with a fix table

yea because plugins do create a few entries in wp_options table and sometimes even uses its own table. If it uses its own table it is easy to wipe. I can check which one is not an official table from WP because WP comes with a fixed number of tables.

But for the entries created in wp_options itself, it is tough because some of it might be in used by other active plugins.
