# Summit Response Button

 * Hi Again,
 * I’m receiving emails now from folks doing my surveys that they don’t think it’s
   going through. When they click the Summit Response button, the wheel just keeps
   spinning. One woman told me she let is spin for several minutes before closing
   out the page.
 * Has this been tested on all the browsers? I was wondering if perhaps I’m using
   a security plugin that is stopping the process. But if that were the case, then
   I’d think that none of the survey answers would come through, but I’m getting
   answers.
 * Thoughts about this?

 * I’m sorry to hear about these problems but I do appreciate you reporting them
   and helping me improve this plugin.
 * I’m especially regretful that it may be having a negative impact on your users.
 * I haven’t tested the plugin on all browsers, however, that the spinner is showing
   up to begin with leads me to believe that this isn’t likely a browser problem.
 * version 1.0.3 is currently being checked in to the repository and adds some code
   which:
    1. Attempts to provide meaningful feedback/error messages to help track down where
       this problem may be coming from
    2. Attempts to remove the spinner regardless of the status of the survey submission
