    Hey guys,
I’ve got a client that has lots of share data being displayed on their website right now with SumoMe.

I’ve installed the plugin on their live site and tested it with the Native setting enabled. I’ve also entered the Facebook Access Token. It isn’t showing any Facebook shares. SumoMe is showing 9.9k on this particular post.

Is there something I am missing or is there a way to transfer shares from SumoMe to Shared Counts? I have no idea how SumoMe counts that 9.9k share data but I guess the hope is to not lose any.

Here is a URL. The Shared Counts is near the bottom: https://www.dogsnaturallymagazine.com/colostrum-benefits-for-dogs/

    Thanks

Have you checked “Preserve HTTP Count” in Settings > Shared Counts? That will retrieve counts for both the HTTP and HTTPS version of that URL.

I highly recommend you sign up for a free account at SharedCount.com. Then you won’t have to provide an updated Facebook Access Token every time it expires.

Using SharedCount.com and the “Preserve HTTP Count” option, you should see 10.3k shares. Screenshot: https://cl.ly/1S0K19290k2k
