# Super Admin Missing (Never there?)

 * I am the primary admin on my WP account, but do not see a Super Admin user at
   all. I would think that I would be the “Super Admin” user by default, but it’s
   just not there as an option.
 * Or is it possible to be just an “admin” user and have full super admin access?
 * I’m a newbie at this, so please forgive my ignorance.

 * According to the WordPress support docs, “WordPress has six pre-defined roles:
   Super Admin, Administrator, Editor, Author, Contributor and Subscriber.”
 * The Super Admin is “somebody with access to the site network administration features
   and all other features”, whereas Administrator is “somebody who has access to
   all the administration features within a single site.”

 * But i think that is for multisite or network of sites and not for single site
