 * ok, super cache is my favorite caching plugin, I’ve used it forever. My domain
   is locked to https. normally wordpress redirects from www to https perfectly,
   and it has done so in the past with super cache on. now it doesn’t work, I get
   a database error.

 * Did you enable the debug log? Can you try redirecting with a .htaccess rule instead
   of WordPress doing it?
