I’m currently using the free version of WPLoyalty and I’m very satisfied with it. My favorite feature is the points system and the way customers can redeem their points as coupons. When I had a small issue, the support team replied very quickly, and I would like to give special thanks to Akshaya, who was very helpful and stayed in contact with me by email until the problem was fully solved.
