Super progressive web apps doesn’t work

    After I install and set Super progressive web apps plugin along aside with PWA for WP , and I checked and double checked everything stills it dosen’t show the bar on Mobile browser to download the App.
    I Tried many mobiles and many browsers (Updated) and I cleared cache and autorised cookies and popups and even Pubs on my browser.
    Is there any solution?
