# Super slow response time using plugin

 * I’m not sure what has happened but it is nearly impossible to use this plug in
   now. Maybe it’s my server, maybe it’s my theme, but I have to get something fixed
   here. The browser window is locked up for minutes when I load the plugin interface.
   When editing slides, it takes minutes for the browser to respond. I also get 
   a lot of messages from the plugin saying that it didn’t respond in time. Also,
   my laptop fan sounds the same as when I am editing a video. I did look at the
   browser console and I don’t see any specific errors that relate to the plugin.
   What else can I do to make this work quickly as it is supposed to?

 * Sorry to hear you’re currently experiencing this issue.
 * We haven’t heard any reports similar to what you’re describing, so this is likely
   caused by another plugin/theme on your site. Could you try and deactivate all
   plugins except MetaSlider, as well as switch your theme to a default WordPress
   theme? If this fixes the issue, you can then try to activate all the plugins 
   back one-by-one until you find which of the plugins is causing the conflict.

 * You might also want to try and contact your hosting provider and see if this

 * After reading some other posts, I did disable several plugins. Meta slider is
   working better now. I will need to re-enable some of them and see which one was
   causing issues.
