 * Very well written code and clearly documented.
 * The Visual/Tab tab worked for me using FireFox 35.0.
 * The remaining character count down didn’t work as you typed, you either have 
   to change pages or switch between Visual/Text.
 * Unfortunately, I cannot use this plugin for my project – the WYSIWYG editor doesn’t
   comply to accessibility (WCAG 2-AA) requirements.

 * For anyone interested, I ended up creating another plugin that uses the CKEditor
   WYSIWYG which provides much better accessibility.
